    RESOLUTION: The End Of Day process is an intense on your computer and uses up a lot of resources. If your computer has been running slow, it might have a problem completing the process. Delete any unnecessary programs/files and make sure your computer isn’t running at 100% CPU.

  • Terminal 1/The master terminal is running slow or has connection issues.
    RESOLUTION: Same as above…but just make sure the Master term has a solid connection with the BOH computer.

 

  • Still no joy?
    RESOLUTION: Most likely the issue is related to the computer running slow, but Waiting for EOD to Complete is one of a handful of issues that can pop-up from time to time.
